Introduction
Welcome to Garson.Pro!
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Garson.Pro Platform (the “Service”) operated by Microservices SIA.
These Terms govern your access to and use of our services and any related software, websites, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”), and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Microservices SIA.
By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including but not limited to visiting or browsing the site or contributing content or other materials — you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
Definitions
Account — the personal account a user creates and uses to log in to the Garson.Pro platform and access its services.
Garson.Pro Platform — the online platform (website, mobile site, or mobile application) developed and operated by Microservices SIA.
Service — the various services and features provided by Microservices SIA through its platform.
User/Users — all individuals who access or connect to the Garson.Pro Platform and its Services. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
Information — any data, content, or material (text, images, videos, or maps) available on the Garson.Pro Platform.
Subscription — recurring fees paid by Users (monthly or otherwise) in advance for access to the Garson.Pro Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Garson.Pro (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend these Terms at any time.
Updates will be published on this page, and significant changes may be communicated by email.
Account and Access
To access and use our Service, you must register and create an account with your email address and password.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or transmit via the Service.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service.
Services
To use Garson.Pro, Users must create an account and provide accurate registration information, including full name and valid email address.
Garson.Pro will not sell, trade, or share users’ personal data except as required by law.
Users are prohibited from transmitting or posting any illegal, harmful, defamatory, or objectionable content.
All content provided must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
Users must have the legal right to publish such information.
Payment and Fees
Access to Garson.Pro requires a subscription fee, billed monthly.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
We may update pricing periodically but will not increase your current fee without at least 30 days' notice.
Plan changes are limited to once every six months and may not exceed a 25% increase.
Current subscription periods: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Microservices SIA.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Latvia and other jurisdictions.
Service Cancellation
Users are responsible for canceling their own subscriptions via their account settings.
Email or phone requests for cancellation are not valid.
If a payment method fails for more than 10 days, the subscription will automatically cancel.
Upon cancellation, access to the account and its public menus will be revoked.
If renewed within one year, the user may regain previous data unless deleted for violating the Terms.
Microservices SIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Garson.Pro at its discretion and without prior notice.
Warranties and Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While Garson.Pro strives for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or other causes may occur.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, Microservices SIA, its employees, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, data, or goodwill — resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed according to the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
